How booking works

Instant booking

Tickets, shows and some rooms can be booked and paid online straight away.

• Choose your date and tickets (or room), then pay securely by card.
• You receive a confirmation email with your reference right away.
• For hotel rooms, the property confirms within 24 hours. If it cannot, you receive a full refund.

Booking request

Some tours and stays are booked by request, so we can check availability and give you an exact price first.

• Send a request with your dates and number of travellers. Nothing is charged.
• We reply within 24 hours by email or WhatsApp with availability and the total price.
• If you are happy, we send a secure payment link to confirm.
