The terms that apply when you book through LadaTrip.
Who you book with
Each product is sold by the company named on the product page and on your confirmation: Ladatrip Group LLC (Mongolia) for Mongolia experiences, or Anunsab 9 (Thailand) for stays in Thailand.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency on the product page and include all charges unless stated otherwise. Instant bookings are paid in full at checkout. Booking requests are paid after we confirm availability.
Hotel bookings paid online
The property confirms your room within 24 hours of payment. If it cannot confirm, you receive a full refund.
Changes and cancellations
The cancellation terms shown on the product page apply. To change or cancel, contact us with your booking reference.

Contact us through the contact page or WhatsApp with any question about your booking.
These terms should be reviewed by a legal adviser before launch.
